Gabriel Gasca art, nature, and talent

Reading Time: 1.3 min.

All art is but an imitation of nature”. At least according to Seneca’s philosophy.

To many artists and creators nature, its colors, and shapes are sources of revelation. Extraordinary expressions that motivate them to create. Such is the case of Gabriel Gasca.

At only 27, Gabriel decided to change his career in business for a backpack on his shoulder and a blank notebook to become an observer of the soul.

His work is always immersed in the spirit. Whether it is a portrait of a girl in the Himalayas or a completely abstract image when he photographs, it is as if he flew to other worlds, and what is captured on the camera narrates the stories of those trips. His collection Conversaciones is a compilation of Mexican landscapes. The results of living 5 years between the sea and the mountains.

In the sea and in the mountains he found two great teachers. The sea simply is. It just flows and is in no rush to go anywhere.

From the mountain, you learn to forge the will and resilience, through returning to those little rituals that reconnect us with the earth and teach us to love it and want to take care of it.

Wishing to honor and preserve nature, the compositions that make up this collection are printed in Chromaluxe: HD sublimation on an ultra-thin aluminum plate. A sustainable, and eco-friendly piece of art. No glass, no wood. Light, dynamic, and eco-friendly.

This collection is currently exhibited in the Lobby of Tower B of the Samara corporate in Santa Fe, at the invitation of the FUNO Foundation until August 31, 2021.
